Nathan Ressl is a private equity investor and operator focused on infrastructure and operationally intensive businesses. He has been actively operating in the financial and investment space since 2023. His background combines hands-on team leadership as a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter crew chief and mechanic with rigorous training in mechanical and aerospace engineering.
Through engineering school, Nathan developed strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including systems modeling, data-driven decision making, and structured problem solving. He applies this engineering mindset to investment underwriting, operational analysis, and risk evaluation. Experience leading high-responsibility teams in mission-critical environments informs an execution-focused investment philosophy centered on fundamentals, alignment, and durable value creation for investors.

Noah Tish is an emerging finance professional and Coast Guard service member with hands-on experience in financial operations and analysis. He is currently pursuing a major in finance and preparing for the CFA Level 1 designation, building a strong foundation in investment principles, portfolio management, and financial modeling.
Noah combines disciplined operational experience from the Coast Guard with analytical training from his finance studies. He contributes to deal sourcing, due diligence, and financial modeling, applying a structured and detail-oriented approach to support strategic investment decisions and value creation within the firm.
